Protrack™ HD is our most enduring trackway solution. It can support loads up to 70 tonnes, subject to local ground conditions. Due to being manufactured from a more rigid material (HDPE), it does not flex or bend as much as Protrack™ LDPE when subjected to heavier loads, making it the ideal choice for heavy machinery projects that require heavy-duty ground protection mats.
Its chemical-resistant and impermeable structure allows for easy cleaning and reuse in future projects, making it a one-time investment with long-term benefits. This trackway solution is a key component in any compilation of heavy-duty ground protection mats used on high-demand job sites.
Available in two options: the Vehicle (6mm) & Pedestrian Tread (3mm) version provides traction for pedestrians while accommodating vehicle traffic. The Vehicle (6mm) Smooth option, with one smooth side, is ideal for heavy machinery and features an easy-to-clean surface. Both options ensure durability and adaptability, making some of the most versatile heavy-duty ground protection mats on the market.
Protrack™ HD comes with 25 mats per pallet.
Two- and four-way top hat connectors are available from Centriforce for joining the boards together.
