If you are a new business, all enquiries come through via our website, which is promptly directed to an account manager. The account manager will reach out to discuss requirements and explore future business.
Depending on your order volume, one of two paths will be taken: For substantial orders, your account manager will issue a detailed quotation. For smaller orders, the task will be handed over to our sales admin team to create an official quote.
Once we receive your purchase order, our system logs it for efficient tracking. From this point forward, our admin team becomes your primary point of contact for order-related communications, including delivery arrangements.
Your account manager will follow up to ensure everything is proceeding smoothly and that you are satisfied with our service.
Larger volume accounts continue to work closely with their dedicated managers. Smaller accounts receive personalised attention from our sales admin team, using account information previously confirmed by the manager.
