East Cramlington Nature Reserve

Working with Northumberland Wildlife Trust, Centriforce Products Ltd has supplied a boardwalk which has been installed at the East Cramlington Nature Reserve.

Rising waters at the pond were making it difficult for visitors to access the site. The solution was to install a boardwalk made entirely from recycled material. The material was chosen as an environmentally friendly, low maintenance, rot free alternative to timber.

The boardwalk was installed by volunteers from the Northumberland Wildlife Trust and staff from the reserve and will provide greater access to the pond and its surrounding areas.
